Brand24 vs. ReputationStacker

Brand24 is perfect for a company that wants to build up its social media presence. It's great to know when our organization is mentioned online so I can engage with other companies. I like the mobile app but if there was a way to be notified via phone with it that would make it even better.

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

• The interface of Brand24 is extremely easy to use and easy to understand for beginnings or mid-level emoloyees
• The results in Brand24 are organized clearly in buckets that you can either PDF or download the raw data
• Brand24 looks at several social platforms rather than just 1 or 2, like some other tools are limited to

• The user interface was confusing. I had to reach out to support for help, and I'm a pretty tech-savvy person to begin with. Support resolved my issue.

• Adding additional locations of our business wasn't obvious at first, but when I figured out how to do it it was easy after that.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

I would start with Mention as opposed to beginning with Brand24. We originally used Mention but the price was increasing year-over-year so we wanted to try a cheaper alternative. We eventually did go back to Mention after Brand24, due to its ease of use and it was also easier to monitor our brand with Mention in the end.

Swell was too expensive. ReputationStacker does the same things (and more), costs less, and as far as I can tell from the Swell demo we did, a lot easier to use.

• Positive: We can respond to customers in a reasonably realistic timeframe.
• Positive: We get updates from old content that has new activity.

• We have an average of over 30% more clicks on our Google Business Profiles since we started using ReputationStacker (because we now show a lot higher in Google's local search pack).
