If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks. I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.

We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions. We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
