    CD2 Learning is a great fit for any organization wanting to help develop online training resources as well as online assessment and data analytics. CD2 Learning would not be a great fit for an organization wanting to do a lot of custom development to create a platform from scratch.

    CD2 Learning

    • The ability to restrict and customise the security preferences to ensure the system remains standardised.
    • The phone customer support is good because you can get through to someone when it is really urgent.
    • A lot of the interface is customisable as well, so you can change the look and feel yourself.

    • Skilljar's analytics are great.
    • I love how the UI is very user-friendly and makes it easy to develop and present content to our learning customers.
    • The customer service team has been wonderful and very responsive 24/7.

    CD2 Learning

    • There are times we wish CD2 Learning had additional resources to help address any issues that pop up within our platform in a more timely manner.
    • CD2 Learning does not do a lot of custom development for each client. There are times we wish we could more easily alter aspects of the CD2 Learning platform to better fit our needs.
    • CD2 Learning works in "sprints". Therefore, if an issue does not get included in the sprint, it can take some time before it is addressed.

    • Quiz / testing options. Question types are limited and it'd be nice to be able to customize the interface for the company "look"
    • API expansion will be nice. For instance, creating new ILT events is not currently possible via API. They're expanding API though so I have hopes.
    • Paywall management. We had to work around this with 2 domains to avoid a lot of custom coding.

        It was fun using this SaaS tool. It doesn't feel so technical. It has a wizard-based UI and UX which makes it very easy to use. I can edit and customize it as per my requirement. Another best thing is that I can use multiple sessions at the same time and it never lags or slows down like other tools.

        Skilljar customer education software has faster Onboarding and reduced time to value. Skillshare has improved customer adoption and engagement. Skilljar Increased flexibility and availability. Customer Training cost is very low with this software. Reduced support tickets is also improved our customer services. Return on investment for the customer success managers.

        Before going with CD2 Learning, we looked at using Cornerstone for our services. We found Cornerstone was considerably more expensive than CD2 Learning. Additionally, we were always very impressed with the people at CD2 Learning, which continues to be a great strength for them. Their people are wonderfully caring, supportive, and collaborative.

        • Our customers seem to be getting onboarded efficiently. Giving our customers a good experience helps us retain them longer.
        • So far, we are still not able to come up with solid metrics that it provides evidence of ROI. If Skilljar could somehow come up with clear, actionable metrics about customer success and how that relates to ROI then I think it would be vastly better. To be fair, we roll the cost of using Skilljar in the overall price, otherwise, we would charge customers and have a revenue stream to measure.
