Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar’s Customer Education LMS Platform

We use Skilljar to support our asynchronous professional learning. This provides educators the opportunity to take professional learning during the time period that works for them and allows us to see completion metrics regarding who engages in our courses.
  • Provides analytics for us to see customer engagement and completion
  • Responsiveness of employees to dig into particular use cases and help problem solve
  • Allows us to customize content to fit our product and our customers
  • Would love to see parent/child courses so that when something is updated in the parent course that change is automatically reflected in the clones of that course.
  • Features that allow for the translation of content to allow access to content across languages.
  • Re-onboarding process when the usage of Skilljar changes hands within out company in order to address knowledge gaps.
The knowledge gap for me with Skilljar are best practices for usage. Would love to more easily access content and resources and understand how others are using Skilljar in their environments.
I had to create multiple support cases following the release over the summer. This necessitated the engineering team digging into what the problems are. At the same time that I was working with the engineering team, I was also getting responses from the support team. However, with the support team I felt like I was getting canned responses and they weren't truly understanding or being responsive to the problems I was encountering.

Yes

Skilljar is great during the onboarding process to ensure that customers have access to the information needed to be successful in their implementation of our product. It can also be well suited for continued education as additional modules are added to support the customer learning experience.
