- Fantastic team that is responsive and open to suggestion, which, as a customer, it is important to know you have dedicated resources on your side. You're not just putting requests into an abyss. You have real people that respond and will provide answers and training as needed.
- Interview scheduling is extremely useful and puts the onus on the candidate to sign up for their preferred times. This is critical in campus recruiting when there are short timeframes and a large number of candidates coming in for super days.

because I'm using currently , i solved a lot of difficult requirements easily with the help of ceipal, recruiter can work with a positive vibe by using ceipal as it is a friendly user , jobs can be posted , the migrated profiles will go to the database directly , after submitting the candidates , we will get a ceipal notification that we submitted a candidate

It is far cheaper and does almost the same thing that you can find in other tools. The customer service is good and they actually work to provide the best results based on our needs which is highly appreciated. You can create a hierarchy and groups and select what information you would like to show to that particular group and what you don't

Although NetHire offers some unique features, Oleeo is the best available in the market. Unlike other talent acquisition software, Oleeo doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The ATS is fully customisable to fit unique recruitment processes. it uses AI to reduce gender bias in the job postings and admin tasks are greatly reduced here. User-friendly UI and navigation is another add-on to Oleeo's already rich featured list.

- So far I have used all the options in CEIPAL TalentHire and I haven't seen any negatives about this ATS.
- New texting option launched where you can reach candidates through text messages by using desk numbers only in order to get a hold of them quickly.
- All positives only.
