Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

The main reason we use Ceipal ATS in our origination is to view the resume from a portal like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, or Tech Fetch. We source the resume from Ceipal ATS with various filter methods, review it, and schedule the interview with the candidate through Ceipal ATS.

Pros

  • Review the resume of the candidate.
  • Scheduling the interview of the candidate.
  • Submitting the profile to the client through ceipal ATS.

Cons

  • Credentials are getting reduced due to some empty profiles.
  • Due to high resolution of the files not getting uploaded.
  • Getting multiple profile in the same name of the candidate.
  • Parsing new resume into the portal which is a positive one.
  • Multiple resume in same name or empty resume leads to reducing credentials.
  • Bulk mail/Mass mail is a tedious process.
Monster, Dice, Career Builder, and Tech Fetch are the other job board software we use to source resumes integrated with Ceipal ATS. Bulk mail/mass mail through Ceipal ATS and parsing a new resume into Ceipal ATS through various vendors will help us increase the quality and integration of the Ceipal ATS.
One of the easiest interfaces among the other ATS is Ceipal ATS, which reduces manual effort due to the AI automation integration, which increases the productivity of high-volume tasks. The overall Ceipal ATS interface looks presentable or is easy to approach due to its automation tools.
Ceipal ATS is much preferable to other ATS software. For example, it helps us submit the candidate's profile to the client and schedule the candidate's interview. Ceipal ATS also helps us track the candidate in case the candidate has submitted a number of clients. Also, the user interface is excellent and well-presentable.

Ceipal ATS helps us source candidate profiles from various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, and Tech Fetch. It also helps us track the candidate in case of submission of the candidate profile to the client, scheduling the interview for the candidate, and sending bulk mail/Mass mail, which is an added advantage we use daily to source profiles.
