Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

CEIPAL is used by my whole organization for solving different business problems in each department. For example for recruiters it is solving the resource pulling resume search and AI technique is used for searching proper resumes, email merge and newly added feature is SMS to candidates about jobs. For managers, CEIPAL is great for report running score cards and recruiters' overall performance. For admin department it is used for attendance tracking and paperwork and work orders. There are 187 fields are there in this ATS for capturing all the activity and reports. Also Groups and Snip list are 2 awesome options i recommend to recruiters to use.

  • Somewhere pulling reports from different options are missing and i can tell if any tech support connects with me.
  • Definitely it has a very positive impact on business due to time management and being cost effective.
  • More effectively integrated to the new generation AI Environment.

  • I don't feel any negative but yes there is always improvement is there. in These years Ceipal transformed like a complete AI compatible ATS and can compete other ATS tools in the world.
Since i am using CEIPAL and i found it has a compatible integration with almost the free and paid job boards in the world. another important revolution is it is also can be integrated to some of the beauitful AI Assement application like Seekout,Kerplunk and manymore.
CEIPAL is user friendly and it's a single ATS platform solution for most of our business needs and helps us solving the business needs and business problems of each of our clients. Easy to remember options and also the GUI is attractive and it gives all updates and notifications time to time.
CEIPAL has some unique features like AI Search and SMS tool and user friendly report creation and a huge resume database, job board integration and integration search is another unique feature. Active and passive candidate search is a another key feature also free job boards are integrated to CEIPAL for free job posting through it.

AI search is awesome for recruiters to search good proper match resumes. SMS tool is best used to send quick messages to candidates about a job. Mail-merge to bulk candidate, I mean bulk emails we can send to multiple candidates. Job Boards integration due to which integration search is possible for recruiters to search resumes. A Great AI based ATS for recruiters. and its a one stop solution for recruiters from their first step requirement posting to resume submission along with pipeline and AI Matching sourcing technique and generate assement questions and summary of the job and resume both using Copilot.

Yes - we have replaced JobDiva because of some advanced fetures like Intigrated Job boards, and AI Matching resumes. which ceipal provides. and with more viriety of other options which is helpful for recruiters and managers.

I would enhance the process by fully integrating AI and automation. A executive visit our organisation and check the compatibility of the systems and check the proper installation and navigation to the Ceipal. and take multiple sessions with the employees phase wise. also give some activity to perform and pull reports.
Every time one excutive do a session and clearly explains each tools and its benifits and use of it. Also they welcome questions and do due diligent and answer with a proper explanation. we use ticketing system for every traing sessions and use zoom meeting for effective training.
Sometimes yes as the tool is little easy and user friendly. if you explore it of your own you will learn more things. also some of the videos and Tips are available in their website also in youtube too.
