Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We switched to Ceipal ATS about 6 months ago from iCIMS. The change in systems was fueled by the low pricing and the capabilities sold to us during the sales pitch and demos provided by the Ceipal ATS team.

Return on Investment

It has had a negative impact on our revenue. We cannot even set up our career pages correctly. It has made our revenue take a DRASTIC hit. Specifically due to the inability to send emails that wont go to a candidates spam folder.

Ease of Integration

They lied to us and said they had a integration with appcast and then scrambled for weeks to try to create one.

Usability

The system is not easy to use. What used to be done in 4 clicks in our old system..now takes 20 to 30 clicks.

iCIMS Talent Cloud, Workday Human Capital Management, Greenhouse, BambooHR® and Paylocity

Ceipal ATS is the worst possible choice amongst all of the ATS ive used. There is a reason it is dirt cheap.

Moving to Ceipal ATS was the worst decision we made at the organization I work for. The data loss, lies sold to us from their team, the inability to send emails and text messages successfully, the reporting limitations, the career site limitations across industry and categories… all of it… is quite possibly the biggest Mistake we have made. This horrible platform quite possibly will sink the organization i work for.
