It's not perfect but it definitely does its job and what its purpose for. The fact that we were able to access this globally and produce a great product after performing massive bera testing gave that "dev" feels eventhough we aren't. Seeing the cross comment add collaboration made it more intuitive because we were able to narrow down on the specifics of what we were actually testing

Userlytics would be appropriate to use if you were investigating UX on your website, or wanted to identify any pain points which could be causing lower conversion rates. Not only will it be a way to gain direct user feedback, but it enhances your visual ability to see how a user progresses through your website. It is well suited if you have less time to conduct moderated user research at a facility or a client doesn't quite have the budget for that. It may be less appropriate if a client wants a bigger project with larger budgets and more time. In this case, moderated, face-to-face research may be more appropriate.

Decent but not comprehensive

Even though it takes time to set up. The work is diligent and out of the quality is great

Centercode is better than Google Forms and Sheets for our use case of a long ongoing beta with participants rotating in and out 10000x times better. However, it might be a little too complex for what we needed. We may have been better off with something in the middle--a little more lightweight and cheaper.

We used WhatUsersDo. However, the tool currently got bought out by a bigger company and were removing the remote research tool. We chose to use Userlytics as it stacked up well against competitors.

• A project and beta testing that could've taken > 6 months or even years was cut down to a month and few weeks only
• Overall accessibility, ease of use, and security were right on the money
• Collaboration tools and features allowing everyone to innovate and spark great ideas and share it
