CiraSync

CiraSync is well suited to syncing company contacts into the Outlook user's mailbox. This could allow for calling with an IP phone, or from a cell phone.It's also well suited to syncing Calendars and Notes into the Outlook user's mailbox, where they do not already have permission on the calendar. However, to avoid confusion it is better not to duplicate calendars when the user can see them from Outlook.

Due to the good quality that maintains its integration to social selling platforms, such as hootsuite, it is very feasible to schedule some ad campaigns for social networks starting from there, so that these in the end are executed automatically, and maintain the sales format that we use in Nimble. Since Nimble allows to aggregate a total amount of 3,000 contacts to work with, it is useful to develop marketing operations, since using only a previous database it is possible to create and organize large marketing operations. Because Nimble also has its own calendar system, which can be monitored from the main section of the platform, it is useful in scheduling events and important dates that require more attention from salespeople.

  • Share important information with your staff consistently, easily and quickly. Regardless of their geographic location.
  • Friendly, easy to use user interface that makes managing complex rules of which information you want sent to subsets of people very easy to manage.
  • A very responsive support team. They get back to you quickly and you typically have a solution or answer in one iteration.

  • The Smart Contact App for browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and within GMail and 365 Outlook. This enables you to add people to your Nimble database from say, LinkedIn. While it does so, it "automatically" builds their profile by retrieving information about their other online profiles in Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. When the person is in a larger business it enables you to find contact information like emails and phone numbers (it gives a confidence rating). This feature is where a lot of my time saving comes from.
  • The Group Messaging feature enables you to select a segment of your database based on tags and other filters, and send a personalized message to that group (much like a simple MailChimp). It provides you with open rates, click-through rates, and fail rates. This is awesome for improving engagement rates with your emails because it enables you to send more relevant communications to an audience you know is more likely to respond to it. Also, it makes it easy for you to follow-up.
  • The search feature is another great tool for users. It is very simple to use. Not only does it enable you to search on standard and customized fields (did I mention you can add 5 tabs with 200 customized fields per tab!), it also enables you to base a search on customized 'tags" and on some social media profile data such as "Influenced Groups".
  • You can save searches for reuse, which is great for your segment communications.
  • The sales pipeline enables you to establish multiple pipelines. This enables you to manage prospects from different channels through different pipelines e.g. tradeshow leads and website leads. You set-up customized pipeline stages.
  • You can also use the multiple pipelines to manage projects. For example, I use Nimble to manage contacts I make in relation to being a guest on a podcast or webinar, workshops, or speaking opportunities. It is not a full project management tool, but for simple projects, it is excellent to ensure the takes are done and people contacted.

  • I dont like the functionality aspect of how one of the controllers is always on standby, they dont load balance, meaning you can be on the same controller for the life of the appliance
  • The 4.x firmware was pretty buggy and it gave off a lot of temp alarms

It's truly a great system if you get it for the right reasons. Don't expect it to do everything a mid market organization would require but for any small business or mid to large organizations which would like to integrate to it for the social insights capabilities this is a leading solution which can add value immediately

It's so easy to pick up and start using. Minimized app switching. Lots of mobile capability which is hard for heavy CRMs. It's not heavy, it isn't built for managers. It's built so end users can pick it up and use extremely quickly and start building and deepening relationships without a lot of learning curve.

We tried 4Team Sync2 Cloud and also itrezzo. While we were not able to justify installing a server, installing a cloud app from the Microsoft store was easy and fit our business needs.

Nimble has proven to be a positive and well-respected application within our company for setting us up for success at building personal and meaningful associations with decision makers. It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we have introduced ourselves to over time. The ability to feel a true understanding of our prospects and customers as real human beings with unique interests and common aspirations opens up doors of valuable conversation.The other options that were reviewed and considered provided many of the common ways from the past that stored CRM information. This method was much more of a static representation of the real interactions made between a company or salesperson with the prospects and customers. Nimble has brought back what should never have been lost - being like neighbors who spoke to each other about more things than just business.

  • It is difficult to capture specific dollar based ROI in this circumstance. Anecdotally, when it is 3 a.m. and I get an urgent call about an emergent issue at a remote location -- at my fingertips and the fingertips of everyone I work with are the names and phones numbers of our important contacts, site codes that we need to relay to emergency services, and other important information. I don't waste time searching for a piece of paper. I don't worry whether the next person I'm calling has a different site code or phone number. The data is readily available and consistent with all employees.

  • We find opportunities within past contacts, old clients, old website leads and things that have gone stale. Our business is all about timing so not forgetting old clients is something Nimble helps us with greatly.
  • The cost per user of Nimble is one of the most competitive we've seen, so for all the functionality it's a fraction of the well known apps. Functionality out of the box is far better and requires little customization and setup.
  • We feel that the contact data is far easier to swift though and can be categorized by far more than just tags.
