Versature is a telephony and VoIP software solution from Versature.
In my opinion, the headsets are well-suited for an environment with high background noise, and, specifically in open spaces, they allow you to isolate yourself very well during your call and to move around the deck without staying in your seat, thanks to the Bluetooth connection. I don't think it's less appropriate because it can be used everywhere.

Versature is versatile - it will likely perform very well in any office setting. It performs especially well with remote employees. When we had to move our operations to home during the pandemic, everyone was able to smoothly transfer calls to home or cell phones, so we didn't have to transfer equipment from one place to another. When we were in an office setting, however, Versature was also quite the helpful system. I don't see us moving away from Versature in a long time, whether we stay working remotely or we move back into the office.

Cancel the noise side of things. You can't hear anything in the background. I quite often talk really loud because I can't hear myself talking and it's comfortable. They are really comfortable. We've got the wireless ones and they just sit so comfortably on your head. Amazing.

Working remotely: switching our operations to home was done easily through Versature's online portals.
Voicemail: transcription/voicemails received through email are very helpful.
Answering rules: since you can have several answering rules over various timelines, Versature allows you to customize your answering rules properly, which makes better use of your time.

Voicemail transcription that recognizes French: whenever a voicemail comes in French, the transcription is irrelevant.
Better voicemail transcription overall: at times, if the person leaving a message speaks too fast or doesn't speak clearly enough, the transcription isn't helpful.
Integration of time frames with answering rules: currently two windows when it could be just one in my opinion.

Way easier to set up and manage. no fiddling with knobs, dials, and silly things like a physical receiver lifter that breaks easily. sound and call quality is great, no issues using day to day. only thing is that the price is a premium, but for us its worth it for the advantages that come with the ecosystem.

I have yet to find a use case where the 730 is not appropriate. The audio quality and active noise cancellation capabilities are excellent, and the portability puts it above many alternatives.

I would give it a 10 but the ringing on the base after you answer makes it unbearable at times. You have to unplug the USB or turn off the Bluetooth to get it to stop.

Too expensive and too heavy and too uncomfortable. It just didn't deliver the experience that we thought we would get based on the price. I can get the same features, for cheaper, with a more comfortable headset from another vendor. So overall this one just never got put on the final list.

I usually scour the help section/articles on their website if I am unsure of how to proceed with something. However, it has happened once or twice that I haven't found the answer I was looking for, and I therefore hopped on to their live chat. Their agents are always polite, kind, and quick to answer any question. If they don't know the answer, they will find it for you after a short pause. For those who prefer calling in and speaking with someone, you can just dial 611 from any Versature phone to reach an agent

The fact you can manage the Cisco Headsets as devices in admin control hub is awesome. You can push firmware updates etc. Overall audio quality from Headset speakers and microphone are hands down better than other 3rd parties at this point. The price is a premium, but you get what you paid for, quality audio.

Uniformity. Our organisation first pilot tested Cisco Headsets and soon we changed our other vendor because of its quality. So, now it's all Cisco.
