C2CRM has totally modified the way we used to manage our sales and marketing. We can now manage the budget and proposals using it. Also, its interface is simple and navigation through this software is very smooth. Its reporting tool is so precise and possesses all the details. What is not appealing about this software is its price which is sky-high and unaffordable for us. But if someone is looking for a tool to manage their sales, C2CRM is the perfect one for managing customer relations and satisfaction.

If you have many different projects and tasks to keep track of, and you have many different aspects of those that you want to be able to see at one time then monday.com is great. It is super helpful for Creatives to be able to quickly see the tasks that they are assigned to and when they need to be done by. It is helpful for leadership to be able to see where projects are at and be able to judge each team member's workload at any given time.

  • It's so intuitive. Zero tech expertise is required to get up and running quickly, and you can build your workflows and processes as you go.
  • It's so malleable. It's incredibly easy to add to or change the structure of boards, move files around, etc., and importing data (like spreadsheets) is an absolute dream.
  • It's so searchable. For the first time ever, we know where or how to find every file, message, related email, or client purchase history and we can keep it all together in one place.
  • It has a dazzling array of automation and integrations with other apps. They are super easy to apply, and they just work! First time! No frustrating cryptic error messages!

  • It possesses all the features we needed most, but there should be remote access and asset management too.

  • The time trackers are great but can be glitchy at times, not tracking properly, or needing to be refreshed multiple times to display the correct time.
  • I would LOVE to see more social media integrations - specifically, to use a social media content board to post to social media when the status is changed (via automation or manually)
  • Kajabi integrations. That would make my life so much easier! I'm trying to find workarounds to create reports based on our Kajabi data but don't want to use Zapier.

I love the templates provided because they help you envision what is possible. They are simply a jumping off point. We've started with a template, but you wouldn't have any idea of that now when looking at our boards. Most templates provided for other project management software systems (in my experience) kind of keep you within a certain gate and limit what you can do. We have been very successful in molding the initial template into everything we've needed for our workflows

I can easily gather all the detail of customers in one place and we can discuss and increase product marketing. Not anything negative to report here, but I haven't really had any follow up to ensure that I'm happy with the product, OR any follow up to see how we're using it to see if they can see anywhere to identify we can improve. I call my customers to see if the goal was achieved. If it is great. If not, I ask what was the desired result and I see if I have any recommendations. In a few weeks or months I follow up to make sure they're still happy. I wish monday would do that for our small business every so often.

We signed up for the accounts. Created the accounts. Ran the trial version and tested it live while we were running multiple projects and found that it was fitting our needs perfectly. When the trial ended and we were asked to purchase the full version, we did. We have found other ways to use it and it's a breeze.

We used an excel spreadsheet to track our month end close process previously which created a lot of issues around only one person being able to be in the checklist at any given time. Additionally, we were unable to have excel notify us when a task we need to have completed was done, but Monday.com has completely changed that for us!
