Likelihood to Recommend We love how customizable ClickTime is for tracking billable client and program hours. It does a great job of reporting each pay period. We simply wish the mobile interface was more feature-rich. Because we can only specify how long someone worked (and not the specific time of day those hours were at) on the mobile platform it makes it very difficult for us to tell if someone was working inside or outside of their standard business contract day.

Read full review I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks. Read full review Cons The ClickTime app works very well and is simple to use, however, I wish to see regular updates to improve the design and the layout of the app. The custom reports and templates for reporting hours or expense report should be updated regularly to include more custom reports. Overall, ClickTime does a good job, just a bit of work on the website design and ClickTime App would make the experience feel better while using it. Read full review I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.
Read full review Alternatives Considered ClickTime is the first product of its kind I have had to use at work. Previous methods were always based in Excel documents and involved a lot more manual and redundant work for the same end result. It would be great if there were a better tie to our project management tools for time estimation, but it does the trick.
