ClinicSense vs. IBM Sterling Configure, Price, Quote

ClinicSense is best suited for any practitioner, either working in a workplace setting, or any self employed practitioner who charts clients and provides scheduling online. It's less appropriate for others in the health industry that don't have applicable charts (personal trainers, nutritionists) and / or have minimal client interactions

Were it not for the fact that IBM CPQ lacks mobile and tablet applications, I would have recommended it 100%. However, I still have that 99% recommendation rate since this solution has saved us a lot by allowing us to close more sales within a short period by creating a channel where we collaborate with customers by offering coupons, sending price lists and orders.

• Client charts are detailed, visual & easy to navigate
• Customization is simple to use, allowing the program to feel more aligned

• Firstly, IBM CPQ makes it easy for customers to make rapid products purchases through configuration, pricing and ordering processes.
• Centralizing selling procedure in one platform by communicating products pricing to clients.
• Improving ROI by attracting customers when discounts are introduced on products as well as offering coupons.

• It would be great for ClinicSense to appeal to a wider range of users (ie Nutritionists, Personal Trainers etc)

• Unfortunately, IBM CPQ does not have on-premises applications to use while not connected to the internet. This is no more a challenge since we have a robust WIFI connection in our organization premises.

ClinicSense is more geared toward Massage Therapists (in my opinion), whereas Jane targets a variety of practitioners.

There are tons of Configure, Price and Quote software, but I have not used a lot of them. However, unlike IBM CPQ, HubSpot Sales Hub isn’t operated in compliance with any ISO standards and secured in a data center making it easy to leak customer sensitive data such as payment details.

• ROI is immeasureable. I'm certain clients wouldn't book without such a seamless process of online booking with automatic emails & confirmations. It's a huge time saver by inputting charts, finding information and checking schedules. I cannot imagine running my practice without this
