These tools were great but didn't had very good support for Salesforce ecosystem. We heavily rely on Salesforce & wanted a custom application that can live inside Salesforce & deliver.

And I mean that wholeheartedly, only because my experience has been so wonderful, and one of the things that I was warned against moving to Conga CLM was support. "Oh, their support's not that great." Absolutely wrong. I have received nothing but top-notch service support and there have been a lot of service requests for me only because of my gap in knowledge and every single person, one person in particular, always was jumped right in, very quick to respond, didn't just throw a knowledge article at me, actually said, "Hey, let's get on a Zoom together. Let's figure out what the issue is, and let's figure out what the solution is. " And it's that game changer for me. I'm very big on customer service, and Conga's support staff is amazing. I give a 12 on that. The product itself is just easy, and the team loves it. It works great. I work directly with sales, and we're actually wanting to get more of our documents into Conga CLM. Right now, we just have our master service agreement and some of our order forms, but we have other amendments and addendums and other business lines that we're trying to get into the system. It's just finding time.

Template driven contract creation: when sales team needs to generate multiple contracts per day, instead of manually drafting each contract , by Conga CLM we can select pre approved template and system auto fills pricing details , customer name, legal terms etc
Renewal and obligation tracking: Conga CLM sends automated alerts when renewal noticed needs to be send 30days before expiry. It also flags upcoming renewals.
Audit trail and compliance: Conga CLM logs every action automatically and supports regulatory compliance like SOX audit.

Some features are unnecessarily limiting. For example, the inability to delete records or change fields later if it turns out there has been a mistake in how the contract was entered or the term was described. The Icertis form fields are NOT the contract record that is required to be kept. If someone makes an error, they should be able to fix it. The contract itself doesn't change, and that is the business record.
Too much is built on the assumption that the person requesting the contract is the one with the control or ownership of the contract. It would be better if the person to whom the contract is submitted for review was the owner in the system.
Not all requests will in fact end with a contract. Sometimes requests are started and the project is abandoned or put on hold for a period of time. More status fields that reflect the reality of contracting would be helpful.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.

Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep

super dependent on how much money you want to pay. The general regular support can usually take around one to two weeks to get an answer and sometimes that issue is fixed but the underlying issue is not addressed even if you call out that it is a repeated issue. It appears that sometimes support is not really trained in how your instance is set up so there can be a bit of back and forth just to be able to get the appropriate support.

Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning

Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. The eas of use is also a factor

In our organization, we chose Icertis over Ariba Contracts because of its comprehensive feature set and its advanced contract analytics capabilities. We found that Icertis provided us with more flexibility and customization options, which was important for our organization's specific needs. Additionally, the AI-driven contract insights provided by Icertis have been extremely helpful in helping us optimize business decisions and realize the full potential of our contracts.Another important factor is that Icertis is industry agnostic, while Ariba Contracts has a stronger presence in specific industries. Icertis is more suitable for a wider range of organizations and that's why in our fictional organization we selected it.Overall, both Icertis and Ariba Contracts are powerful contract management software solutions, but Icertis's advanced contract analytics and its flexibility and industry agnostic approach make it a better fit for our fictional organization.

Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

The time saved for our Legal team to generate and go through redlining for customers allows us to process the create the multitude of contracts that come through the system daily quickly and correctly.
Sales is able to get accurate information relatively quickly and get contracts in customers hands faster due to the tools available. This provides our business a much more sustainable and quick ability to grow.
