Cool Tabs vs. Iconosquare

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

A good match for someone looking into Iconosquare would be a social media manager looking to streamline their analytics process. It is for someone who may be pulling these numbers manually and wants a centralized location to pull numbers across platforms. Iconosquare also allows you to schedule your content, which provides another one-stop shop. Where it would be less suited is someone who may not use more than one social platform.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. We never had a problem with customer support, nor really needed it. The UX of the site was easy to follow and simple to use.

The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

We focus primarily on Instagram with our social media strategy, so Iconosquare delivers the best experience by far for that platform

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.

• It's allowed us to view IG story metrics even after they have passed over the 14 day review in Instagram Insights
• The graphs are easy for us to send to clients as they are not very complex or complicated to read
• There have been no issues or errors with retrieving data with a quick turnaround.
