If you need to track contract expiration dates of your clients or your prospects that you're trying to sell - Copper is your tool. If you want to track specific products, solutions, vendors, etc. Copper can do it. I use it to track many brands of IT products and services with the use of custom fields to track which prospects/clients have any number of these items. Rather than taking notes, I can select the product from a drop down list that I created VERY EASILY within Copper.
It’s been 2 years since IRIS CRM is supporting me by supporting my business and I have seen enormous progress in my business so far which is a really good sign and is enough for me to be satisfied with it. According to me and as I have observed it is fully loaded with many useful tools that can help in uplifting a business. Removes the manual cycle from me entering every people's hours exclusively. We really evaluated Bullhorn cover and tab it was not awful by any means.

Allows for contacts to be synced and organized directly from Gmail.
Gives a flexible style and customizable settings to match our company's specific needs.
Does a great job of helping us keep track of projects. We easily created a customized "Status" field with several status options that help us update the many phases of our project.

Window change: for mobile - when you tap on a card from a pipeline it takes you to the lead’s basic info. I wish it would immediately just open all activities so I can quick see notes
I usually use Copper on the go. When you open the Copper app, it immediately opens a collab window. I wish it had some sort of easy dashboard….plus a notes area. I open Copper on mobile to quickly search for someone’s name or to take quick notes from a sales meeting
Some minor design issues in the record communication interface. For example, replying to an existing email thread within the record set does not capture the entire communication or signatures.
Workflow customization is not easy for all users and can require some coding skills on the back end.
Linking forms from external websites is one feature that isn't very intuitive. Some leads are better inputted manually.

Copper is simple to use and it's simple to figure out the additional functionality you may need or want to use. There are a lot of support articles and the support itself is great. But it's also fairly simple to figure out on your own. It integrates easily with Google Workspace as well.

It is a wonderful software with an automated messaging service. It has helped us in having a better knowledge of our customer’s needs, preferences, and habits, and by knowing all these we have improved our business. Security is my basic concern and the fact that it has a disabled human element from the business equation are the things that I don’t really like in it.

There have been a few times when I contacted the "help desk" or "support team" and they just told me to watch a video or join a seminar to learn what I am looking to do. I would have expected someone to take a few minutes and literally walk me through the steps one by one until either I figured it out or accomplished the goal of my request.
It has enabled us to keep a record of the demographics of our clients and eventually we can develop a better understanding of our clients that will lead us to uplift our business. With its amazing sales tool, we have developed a strong relationship with our clients, and helped us in creating a good brand image. We really adore the convenience of managing and reporting data. It is quite easy to handle and all our business is depended on it and it helped us in gaining more loyal customers.

We selected Copper over these other CRMs mainly because of its ability to integrate with Google Workspace. Members of our team have used Salesforce in the past and found it to be a nightmare to work with/on. Candidly, Copper doesn't fill all of our needs so we supplement that with the use of Asana.

The one thing I loved about the agreement express over AuditGenius was the organization of loans to be audited, it is very organised as per the client and his portfolio and shows up flags while the AuditGenius has the list and seems very odd. But also in customer usage, I found many of my business partners using agreement express for the quick onboarding and also for ROI which indeed gave me a strong feeling about the application.

The cost is a bit higher than other options (~$1300/mo), which can be seen as a negative in an absolute sense.
The improvement in workflow management has been significant, and has saved at least 50 man-hours per week across our organization.
Accurate rolling sales data reporting has been critical in defining quality metrics. This benefit is more indirect, but it has allowed us to better respond to changes in customer complaint trending.
