Overall Satisfaction with Copper

We use Copper as our CRM. We are a tour operator, we use leads, people, opportunities and suppliers. We use the tool for our sales and marketing and move potential clients across pipelines. Previously wee used spreadsheets so Copper has been instrumental in allowing us to keep our data in one place.

Pros

  • Streamlined and easy to use
  • Constantly evolving and bringing out new features
  • Responses to customer service queries

Cons

  • Where it is a small CRM it does lack a lot of features that other traditional CRM's have
  • The CRM looks to have been developed for B2B, it would be good to have it brought up to speed for B2C
  • Workflows could have more options
  • Reporting, could use more options
  • Time saving
  • Cost effecting
  • Needs more basic features that other CRM's have
  • Also, when given feedback, this should be captured and put into the conversation to be added to the dev queue especially when using live chat. At the moment the emphasis is put back to the client to raise as a suggestiong (which You've already done once on the chat).
It's excellent for what it gives for the price. The improvements would be to bring it up to other CRMs and make the focus on B2C clients. Your customer service is very responsive but take on board the feedback you are getting from clients to improve. Maybe you could give clients the option to vote on the next projects to be worked on in the dev queue. I know you have the thumbs up and down but I rarely go to the forum so don't see this.
Very good in terms of price but it does need to incorporate more of the basic features which these companies offer as standard. The reporting needs improvement, things like creating lists on clients is quite difficult compared to HubSpot. You should be able to create lists using more parameters than currently possible

It's great as a day to day CRM and highly cost effective. We have had scenarios where we have had to sue work arounds. There are definitely things that can be improved, for example being bale to create a list of contacts based on more criteria. Or being able to pull a list of opportunities with their email addresses. These are quite basic but not currently possible.
