Darwinbox vs. greytHR

Employees that come into work are needed to clock in to get paid for the amount of time they are working per day. They will log on to Darwinbox and clock in as soon as they can. Some will use the PTO they have available to use. HR will be able to make payroll in a timely manner for employees.

It is an inexpensive one-stop solution for employee management but limited to pure management, not engagement, things can survey, the employee review process could not be placed for which another application has to be used. The support is very prompt and implementation is not complex but you will encounter some bugs and need to do some customization for certain standard processes. Employees will like the one-stop solution but might not like the user experience, there is a learning curve behind it.

Darwinbox is up there with ADP in terms of quality for employers to use in such an open-level style. I personally would support the use of Darwinbox against the competition.

The biggest strength of greytHR is the affordability and the option to purchase it in modules whilst its biggest disadvantage is the user experience. All the other products stack up similarly for "employee management" but some have "employee engagement" as well.

• The ability to view the organization structure and functional structure for the entire company.
• One-stop solution for talent acquisition, payroll, leaves, reimbursements, attendance (time-sheet), holidays, etc. So I don't have to open a lot of different apps.

• Providing leaves and maintaining attendance is easier
