Data Axle Genie vs. Perfect Audience (discontinued)

If you are looking to enrich your existing database, Data Axel Genie isn't the easiest tool to use. I do like how the contacts are verified, however, you have to pay PER contact if you are enriching, and if you merged existing infrastructures, it's not as easy to clean out your database. And it is very costly for this company.

I would recommend Perfect Audience to anyone who wants to use a 3rd party to scale up. I find the audience builder pretty terrible in Google AdWords so I was looking for something a bit easier to use and this fit the bill easily.

• I liked the organization of the database it was easy to maneuver.
• Search was fairly easy to maintain.
• If you want to create a list of leads this will work. However, it is primarily for consumer leads not B2B.

• The bulk uploading feature is great and makes it easy to upload numerous ad campaigns

• We have a very specific industry and sometimes drilling down to these leads can be challenging. But with customer service, they have solved this for us.

• Constantly left Googling how to do things because the system is sometimes confusing
• Weak native reporting
• Landing page editor needs work

It was good when we had it but there definitely more softwares out there that provide more information, more current contact info and are much more user friendly

Easy to use and great customer service.

The bulk uploading feature is certainly my preferred feature of Perfect Audience. This tool has made creating new ad campaigns quick and easy. I used to have to upload facebook then Instagram then another social media page and instead I upload everything all at once and it certainly makes it easier for all of us.

Spot on and always available.

The support team could be a little more useful. After our implementation calls and getting everything setup, we did feel that they were not as responsive and I did find myself googling solutions to things that the support team could have helped us with.

Salesgenie seemed more intuitive and knowledgeable account manager that handled my account. He quickly assisted my company needs and made recommendations based on the information I provided him

I have used Google Ads which has a difficult interface to use as well as Ad Roll. Perfect Audience beats them both in functionality and usability.

• Positive, I was able to generate about three more proposals a week
• Positive nice organization to establish a call list
• Nice structure, great way to target hot or cold leads. Great way to get your feet wet

• The convenience of Perfect Audience has made things smoother for us. This convenience means less time spent managing ads and more time focusing on running our business.
• Re-marketing features have been superior to AdWords.
