Data Axle Genie vs. RocketReach

If you are looking to enrich your existing database, Data Axel Genie isn't the easiest tool to use. I do like how the contacts are verified, however, you have to pay PER contact if you are enriching, and if you merged existing infrastructures, it's not as easy to clean out your database. And it is very costly for this company.

RocketReach is very helpfull in cases where I only have the website or LinkedIn Page of the company I want to reach out to, but no contact information. RocketReach helps do some digging and get in touch with the target business. It does not provide any financial insight on the entity, a lot of companies do not have info of important C-Suit, but just general employees.

• I liked the organization of the database it was easy to maneuver.
• Search was fairly easy to maintain.
• If you want to create a list of leads this will work. However, it is primarily for consumer leads not B2B.

• We have a very specific industry and sometimes drilling down to these leads can be challenging. But with customer service, they have solved this for us.

Easy to use and great customer service.

The extension is perfect for finding the info about the company whose website I have open in my laptop, but in some cases it is hard to get rid of the icon. It is located specifically in a place where the majority of websites put action button. So, I can't press this button sometimes because of the RR icon on top.

RocketReach works well on its own, but also as part of a suite of tools that we use for lead validation, qualification, and research efforts. We've selected RocketReach due to it's ability to provide key information in our data enrichment process that some other platforms are not able to provide.
