Data Axle Genie vs. Seamless

If you are looking to enrich your existing database, Data Axel Genie isn't the easiest tool to use. I do like how the contacts are verified, however, you have to pay PER contact if you are enriching, and if you merged existing infrastructures, it's not as easy to clean out your database. And it is very costly for this company.

Seamless AI is very well suited for the first round of prospecting, or when going after a very publicly known and traded company. A good example would be popular brand names in the country. Whereas it does show limitations for smaller companies, it cannot yield deep data in the same way as others might. However, it is agile, very fast, and compatible. I highly recommend it to any sales force.

• I liked the organization of the database it was easy to maneuver.
• Search was fairly easy to maintain.
• If you want to create a list of leads this will work. However, it is primarily for consumer leads not B2B.

• Refresh Rate of Seamless.ai is quite good. A quick way to know this is see if a lead has changed jobs recently on LinkedIn, how quickly does it get refreshed in Seamless
• Search Capabilities are decent. Not as strong as some of its competitors, but would do the job for sure.
• Exporting lead lists is a great feature and a boon for saving a lot of time. Direct CSVs can be exported and fed into the CRM.

• We have a very specific industry and sometimes drilling down to these leads can be challenging. But with customer service, they have solved this for us.

• Enrichment / Data Quality: Phone Number quality can be way better than it is right now. Even email addresses are incorrect a lot of times.
• Industry Filter: There are just way too many industries. Some of them definitely can be grouped / combined to help land at search results faster.

It was good when we had it but there definitely more softwares out there that provide more information, more current contact info and are much more user friendly

Easy to use and great customer service.

In the modern world, where everything is AI driven, companies need to make changes in the old fashioned approach of reaching out to people, seamless.ai with the features like Intent data or Auto-pilot help in making whole process very easy and faster, which helps in increasing the average number of demo calls taken in a month and allow to sell product to many more prospects. So overall, to enhance the productivity of the inside sales team, Seamless.ai as one of the preferred tools

Seamless.AI is hands down the best platform currently out in the market and cost effective. ZoomInfo is great as well, but their price compared to Seamless.AI is more than half of them. Why pay more for the same great product?

• Positive, I was able to generate about three more proposals a week
• Positive nice organization to establish a call list
• Nice structure, great way to target hot or cold leads. Great way to get your feet wet

• I am able to find contacts and companies that are not in our database.
• I can find more prospects than I have time to call.
• I am finding companies and contacts to enter that my company has never touched.
• It's so easy to find new prospects that I do not waste time cannibalizing our CRM like its leads.
