Overall Satisfaction with

Have used in my previous couple of organizations mostly for the following use cases: Finding and pencilling down on the TAM (Total Addressable Market) Hunting down the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) which is a subset of the TAM Finally, adding these leads/contacts into the CRM with the help of direct integrations which are available
  • Refresh Rate of is quite good. A quick way to know this is see if a lead has changed jobs recently on LinkedIn, how quickly does it get refreshed in Seamless
  • Search Capabilities are decent. Not as strong as some of its competitors, but would do the job for sure.
  • Exporting lead lists is a great feature and a boon for saving a lot of time. Direct CSVs can be exported and fed into the CRM.
  • Enrichment / Data Quality: Phone Number quality can be way better than it is right now. Even email addresses are incorrect a lot of times.
  • Industry Filter: There are just way too many industries. Some of them definitely can be grouped / combined to help land at search results faster.
  • Scaling Outbound: Seamless has obviously helped us in the past when it comes to scaling our outbound function. List of contacts and leads can be uploaded in bulk and this is extremely useful in outbounding.
  • User Friendly: Onboarding the team on Seamless was quite easy. Did not, like its competitors, make the browser hand. Has most integrations with major CRMs available.
  • Light on the Pocket: Usually the case with growing teams, as it is not as expensive as its direct competitors. Though the quality of lead data information might be compromised by a certain percentage.
Cost-Effectiveness: Definitely is better. It's way cheaper than its direct peers in the market. Good product for teams / companies in the SMB or Mid Market segment starting their Outbound Sales growth Integration Touch Points: Almost similar as its competitors. Export functionality has serves me pretty well in the past. Data Quality: Not as good as its competitors

Well Suited:
  1. Studying TAM: And landing at your ICP to target from a business development standpoint
  2. Lead Enrichment: Seamless can do it faster than most of the other tools
  3. Tracking Job Changes: They've added this new functionality recently, given the fact how important it is

Not Well Suited:
  1. Buyer Intent Data: Platforms like G2 and ZoomInfo are pretty good at providing buyer intent signals which is not there in seamless
  2. Extensive Search Capabilities: Search is not as powerful as LinkedIn Sales Nav or ZoomInfo
