Diligent Boards vs. Interfolio Dossier

I'm pretty sure I've given a description of this in one of my prior answers, but I would like to give a further note of my example that this is well suited for board pack production for our board meetings, specifically in relation to the PLC board meetings we hold regularly within the company function.

This product has always performed excellently since our documents are secure. It enhances electronic signature to ensure there are no cases of forging documents that are shared across the entire enterprise. It tracks all documents to ensure that they land at the right destination and no cyberattacks. It easily integrates with email to enhance reliable communication and provide notifications to our clients during marketing campaigns.

• Customer service is great. if any of the built resources are not sufficient to resolve a challenge, reaching out to Diligent, there is always someone ready to assist till a challenge is resolved

• Diligent is progressive, always creating ways to ease how we do work

We find the Boards portal to be an effective tool for our board meeting documents. It is user friendly and allows for amendments, additions as needed without compromising documents that have already been uploaded. Additionally, our Board members are comfortable with the platform and confident in their ability to navigate it.

However, customer support can improve by suggesting additional helpful activities to improve user experience, rather than limiting it to the specific requests made. We have reviewed all credible products in the market as we prepare to exit our diligent relationship. Although some products were stronger than others, I would have chosen any one of them over Diligent. They are all lower cost and better.

I have not worked with a similar document management platform. My experience with Dossier has been great and all our document-based programs have been achieved. It has the audition capability that has helped us to monitor the management processes of all documents. It arranges all files following the right protocol to enhance faster access and save time for accessing workloads. The customer team is always ready to offer any assistance when contacted.
