Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

Diligent Boards is used for the production of our board packs, specifically for the PLC company that heads our global conglomerate. Diligent Boards makes it wholly easier to ensure that high-quality board packs are produced and distributed prior to important board meetings. Our life is easier with Diligent Boards.

The customer service provided by diligent can be explained in as many words as required for the purpose of this question, which is a great question by the way, and I would like to confirm that my answers as to why I would give the rating that I did, being "9", is because the customer support is exemplary.
I would like to describe the impact that Diligent's security has had on my organisation, based on the heavy investment in security to protect the various users of the platform, which includes reducing risks for matters such as data breaches. The best way to give a personal description is, I agree.
Diligent Entities is already great, as I used it before Diligent Boards, and it was very helpful and very cost-effective as a product provided to my previous team that used it. So I can only vouch for the platform and note that Diligent Boards is also fantastic. It certainly is.

I'm pretty sure I've given a description of this in one of my prior answers, but I would like to give a further note of my example that this is well suited for board pack production for our board meetings, specifically in relation to the PLC board meetings we hold regularly within the company function.
