Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
We use Diligent Boards for all of our various Board meetings. It allows access to materials to Board members regardless of their location, either in the Board Room or remotely, on their choice of laptop, iPad, mobile phone, etc. All communication and supporting documents for the Board is housed in Diligent.
- Outstanding 24:7 Customer Service
- Easy to use/intuitive design
- Eliminates the need for paper copies
- Has voting function for consent items
- Still clunky with Excel spreadsheets that have multiple tabs. I find I have to pdf these files before uploading to Diligent.

- Increases productivity and efficiency for the admin, such as myself, who can quickly develop the book
- Houses confidential material
- Can accommodate extremely large books effortlessly
Game changer. No paper copies for distribution and you can control which documents are printable. Also prevents having to email documents to potentially unsecure email addresses.
