- Allow all administrators permission to input data in all committees in the absence of the main administrator for that particular committee.
- More guidance on how to use AI on diligent.

- Diligent has improved the time spent on training new board members as the app is user-friendly and self-explanatory, especially for IT-savvy Directors.
- The app has cut down the cost of sending notifications to directors on material added on the app, as directors automatically receive notifications as soon as material is available.
Our company information is safe with Diligent Boards App, and we have not had any security breaches so far.
This was the first time we've used an app for our board.

Diligent Boards Support
I'm not sure whether I purchased premium support or not, but my experience with their support gives premium vibes. I am happy with the product & assistance when needed.
I have log-in challenges with my directors, and the assistance is super-fast as it does not disturb meetings. Problems are resolved by the team whilst in meetings.
