DISCO Ediscovery vs. Precoro

It's user-friendly and very intuitive. It has many capabilities that are out of the box, and it does not need to do any workaround. Also, there are many ways to do the same thing which is great when we are in a rush and how a user learns. Attorneys are loving the Case Builder function. I am happy that we can streamline processes and get to do more of what we love to do versus being bogged down by tedious steps.

Precoro is great if you need to keep your organization aware of where in the purchasing process an order is, and if you need a place to communicate about orders & keep a record of those communications. It does not work too well for a variety of purchasing requests - the process lacks complexity.

• Editing the catalog data is very easy. We can export/import it from Excel
• Comparing prices to make the right decisions
• Fast approvals with specific roles for colleagues
• Visual analytics and budget control for each department
• Ability to add as many custom fields as we need to cover all processes
• Real-time stock control and warehouse request creation right from the inventory module

• Allow bates labeling to be completed at ingest
• Providing a guide for load file ingest and remediation of load file errors
• Availability of predictive tagging in matters with smaller production than is currently necessary
• Improve ability to review and summarize medical records
• Ability at ingest to break up a single large document into individual documents for review, whether through a manual or AI-driven process

• For companies with more complex inventory needs, additional features in that area could be helpful.
• The mobile app is great for approvals, but it could support more features from the desktop version.
• Occasionally, loading reports with a large amount of data takes a few extra seconds.

There were some customer service issues in closing a project, but generally the service has been helpful to our needs.

I've been able to go from never using this type of software before, to confidently using it on an everyday basis, and the learning curve was not steep at all.

At first glance it seemed to be rather difficult in use, but actually it turned out to be much easier [than] we thought. Thanks to the Precoro team we could go through the procurement workflow. Now with [the] right, user-friendly software partner, we are absolutely ready to meet all [our] company's needs.

I've never had a problem with the support team getting back to me re my questions or assisting me in a project.

Precoro is a company, which makes great products for businesses. What is more, it is a team of professionals, who are always keep[ing] in touch with you. Thanks [to] Precoro, we easily go through procurement workflow and manage all of our POs in a couple of minutes. We had a great experience with the Precoro team which helped us with installation of the software.

DISCO provides good resources in addition to the walkthroughs.

I have used proprietary in-house software at a litigation management firm. The in-house software allowed for documents to be processed and coded in order for the end-user to run a report that met the end-users parameters. DISCO allows for documents to be ingested, and for those ingested documents to be divided into review stages. The reports that DISCO allows the end-user to run are far superior to end-user reports of other in-house systems

Precoro is unique because it can be customizable from start to finish without needing to build in API. It is extremely easy to use and understand, so we did not need to give our employees extensive training as we did with Tradogram. Precoro also allowed us to communicate about orders right within the order itself, where the other software did not.

• DISCO has saved our clients tons of money in hosting fees, as well as hourly fees in time spent reviewing documents.
• With DISCO's search capabilities, a review that could take weeks or months by many can be performed in days or weeks by fewer personnel.
• With DISCO, actions that previously had to be contracted out to a vendor can now be handled in-house at a much cheaper cost.

• We can track each purchase order, who created it, and why. They are no longer lost, and we can always see the history. The dashboard allows us to monitor information about all essential documents and at what stage they are now and keep track of which invoices have not yet been paid or partially paid.
• By setting up budgets for each department, we can effectively plan the allocation and prevent overspending.
• The system is very flexible and convenient. I can't imagine my work without it.
