It is pretty good in sales, but the lack of discounts for sales goods and sales production is not ideal. With Intuit Enterprise Suite we have learned how to move some of our manual spreadsheets into the system to keep better track and get better numbers with. Things like Inventory, and Fixed Assets. The training has been great, they have numerous webinars and meetings that help us better understand Intuit Enterprise Suite.

Its nice software but it is very, very slow in webification and integration possibilities by using api's. Untill now the programm has client-server technology unfortunately. And there are far too less no code adjustments possible.

The working environment can be perfectly designed for every user and department, which makes the user-friendliness very good. Adding columns, formatting tables can all be customized to the user. I have worked with other accounting software products and nothing compares to the ease of Intuit Enterprise Suite because it is easy to learn and to train and there are multiple ways and shortcuts to use to get to certain areas within the software.

Ridder iQ is specialized for our business and has people who bring a lot of knowledge to the table, so Ridder iQ is far more suited than a ERP solution which is not specilized in the make-industry. Furthermore, the customizability of Ridder stands out compared to solutions like ISAH. Therefore, the choice was an easy one, because knowledge and customizability are important criteria. I have personal experience with both and believe that Intuit is the best option. Microsoft (and most of their products) are riddled with issues and limit productivity. Netsuite has a lot of customization options, but takes a long time to deal with and is much more expensive for the same things

Better support experience has surprised and delighted the team in ways I wasn't really expecting
I like it more than I expected I would - the convenience of having it all in one place and being able to toggle through entities is really a major improvement
