The Intuit Enterprise Suite is an end-to-end business platform providing: financial management, forecasting and accounting capabilities; integrated payroll, payments, and bill pay; automated marketing; access to third-party apps, and access to a team of experts.
The best in the complete production process. It provides the correct info in a very usable way. It is pretty good in sales, but the lack of discounts for sales goods and sales production is not ideal. IES is well suited for multi-entity organizations. If the intercompany mapping is set up correctly, the access to consolidated reporting can be a game-changer. I could see IES working well for a company with traditional inventory needs, as it has many features that we do not use or need in construction. IES is adequate for construction organizations, although its project reporting is more limited than QuickBooks Desktop. Hopefully, they improve this in the future. IES is less appropriate for smaller companies or companies with only one entity. The price tag is high.

They have the best support. Quickbooks has always had great support but have step it up a level for help with Intuit Enterprise Suite. They are always there to help by phone, chat, appointment. The people we talked know the system and how to help.
They have been working hard to make this a great accounting system for Construction as they can. They have gone a long ways to help us to have one system instead of numerous different systems.
Intuit Enterprise Suite makes it easier to have several companies under one roof. We quite often have journal entries to post between two or more of the companies. We can make the entries in one place.
All in all we have been very happy switching to Intuit Enterprise Suite, so much so that we renewed for three years. We believe in what Intuit is doing with Enterprise Suites and they know how to create a great product.

Its nice software but it is very, very slow in webification and integration possibilities by using api's. Untill now the programm has client-server technology unfortunately. And there are far too less no code adjustments possible.
The software is very user friendly and being able to create reports with specific data and export it to Excel is a great help in budgeting for annual costs and tracking where a certain program is getting more attention

The working environment can be perfectly designed for every user and department, which makes the user-friendliness very good. Adding columns, formatting tables can all be customized to the user. Intuit Enterprise Suite helped alleviate a major pain point for our business. We now no longer have to prepare manual consolidated financial statements. This allows us to speed up the reporting side of each month end and allows us to spend more time analyzing the numbers as opposed to preparing them.

Ridder iQ is specialized for our business and has people who bring a lot of knowledge to the table, so Ridder iQ is far more suited than a ERP solution which is not specilized in the make-industry. Furthermore, the customizability of Ridder stands out compared to solutions like ISAH. Therefore, the choice was an easy one, because knowledge and customizability are important criteria. Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is gespecialiseerd in onze branche en heeft mensen met veel kennis in huis. Ridder iQ is daarom veel geschikter dan een ERP-oplossing, die niet gespecialiseerd is in de maakindustrie. Bovendien onderscheidt Ridder iQ zich qua aanpasbaarheid ten opzichte van oplossingen zoals ISAH. De keuze was dan ook snel gemaakt, want kennis en aanpasbaarheid zijn belangrijke criteria.

NetSuite was way more complicated; it required heavy user training regularly, especially for onboarding, was really complex to maintain and customize, required expensive 3rd-party consulting and customization, had complicated integration with other business systems, and was complex to build reports. Zoho Analytics was very basic and missed many important features that businesses need to run their operations.

Overall our experience has been great - easy and smooth onboarding process
Better support experience has surprised and delighted the team in ways I wasn't really expecting
I like it more than I expected I would - the convenience of having it all in one place and being able to toggle through entities is really a major improvement
