Enboarder vs. GoCo

Enboarder is well suited in the following scenarios: 1. Create a better learning experience through remote training modules. 2. Creating an effective and measurable onboarding experience. 3. Creating a sense of community, belonging, and a safe space. 4. Helps with communication in large teams across regions and countries. 5. Automate daily boring schedules and tasks. 6. Monitor NPS scores and take corrective actions.

It's great for a small company who needs an easy way to save employee data. It's harder to use if you have complex needs or compliance. I often find I know more about HR-related things than our customer support representative, and they're unable to share how GoCo will comply with legal changes.

• Support staff is ready to respond with any questions I have.
• Communication about new offerings and ways to make things easier is great.
• Site is very user friendly and easy to find what I'm/staff is looking for.

• Content editor. It is clunky to use their native editor to format content.
• Website organization. Many important features are hidden and hard to find.
• Website navigation. It's challenging to edit one place in a workflow without losing your place in the website where you were before.

We are very pleased with the product and the support we receive when we have a question or a request. We have been assigned specific support members who know our business and our expectations. Our employees find the platform to be user-friendly and self-explanatory which reduces the number of questions that our HR team has to field.

It all started when they first contacted us to trial the product - it was the best vendor pitch that I had encountered in over 20 years. It turned out to be a great reflection of the whole team we worked with during the implementation and ongoing stages. They are highly responsive to your needs and requests and open to supporting different ways to use their products

As an organisation, we have evaluated many Engagement and people connection software before shortlisting and testing these software and finally selecting 1 software. It helps in designing people-centric programs and people engagement. It helps your employees to cut through the clutter and have meaningful conversations. It has a user-friendly interface that helps and encourages employee participation. It helps build a Learning and Development program for all.

GoCo was my first choice during the selection process. It was the most user friendly. It has the cleaned appearance. The staff was easy to communicate with. And as a small non-profit, the pricing was good.

• Better onboarding experience in general.
• Better connection between IT & HR.
• Better overview for people of what to do when they start at Just Eat Takeaway.
