Engagedly vs. SkyPrep LMS

Engagedly has a huge range of possibilities and we chose it because of all the functionalities it offers. I'm not marking my rating a 9 or 10 because of the UI. If you're an active user (e.g. in the people department) then you get used to the UI fast enough. However, if you only use it twice per year (like all our other users) it can be difficult to find what you need. That being said, Engagedly offers a truly broad range of HR-related functionalities and we're very happy about that!

SkyPrep LMS is well-suited to organizations that do not currently utilize an LMS. The support provided from step one through implementation is excellent. SkyPrep LMS not only wants to help make an organization run more efficiently when it comes to upskilling employees and/or clients, they also want to learn from the needs of organizations in order to better serve all of their clients.

• setting up review cycles so they can be repeated and capture all data along the way
• creating the structure of a goal from individual all the way up to the company that is easily tracked
• employee engagement/recognition that our employees are actually excited about

• Building a class is super easy from pre-recorded powerpoints, videos
• Assessment Building and Quizzes are user friendly
• The reporting features for both internal and external use by clients is robust, but also controllable
• Very extensive administrative features can be administered dependent on client/company needs

• performance management - setting this up is quite complicated
• reports in all sections aren't always user friendly
• no help videos in the new U.I
• The survey module is quite basic, you cant set up surveys with answers that lead to different routes, i.e. if no ask this, if yes ask that

• Many of the features in the newly released "Studio" are difficult to understand
• It would be great if I had more control of what data my dashboard contained
• Need to streamline their email delivery system and offer fewer but richer features.

I say 9 instead of 10 not because of any lack of confidence in SkyPrep but only because I can't be sure how large or responsive my market -- male-friendly social workers and other helping professionals -- will be to my offerings.

The amount of features available is a lot, but they are hard to navigate due to the UI not being on par with them. Still if used properly, Engagedly is useful to keep track of multiple individuals and their personal goals.

The user interface is simple, clean, and intuitive to use for both learners and educators. Learning modules can be arranged in any fashion creators/educators desire and have assessments embedded within. Ordering of modules can be enforced, and content can be made optional or required easily. Everything is from top to bottom is customizable.

Absolutely! We love engagedly because we haven't faced any kind of lagging or such issues in website. It also has a convenient app through which you can access everything. They are very polite and address to each and every query relating to software which may cause hinderence in the process.

We used SharePoint Forms to make customized forms for ourselves but it did not work well. Our IT needed to build a system from scratch with a help of an external developer team and they were simply not capable of creating something that complicated. Engagedly already has a great platform and it was a life saver for us that we can just start using after the streamlined implementation period for a brief period of time. With SharePoint, we kept having weekly meetings for over 1.5 years to fix bugs, add necessary functions, etc. after the implementation.

SkyPrep LMS was the most cost-effective solution that had all our desired features and functionality. Each platform has a lot of similarities and for us, ensuring ease of navigation and cost were top priorities. SkyPrep LMS appeared to be the most user-friendly -- the others had great features and functions, but SkyPrep LMS appeared as the cleanest.

• We haven't used it long enough to calculate ROI (YET), but - we've had EEs who never engaged with performance management before who are excited to use the program
• It has already provided a better framework to set up goals for our teams
• Neg impact - limited feed of info from HRIS - requires some manual data to uploaded.

• Previously we had a limited # of clients who paid for access to our LMS. SkyPrep LMS allows us to proudly charge for access to our LMS now. We expect to achieve our ROI in the next 12 - 34 months.
