Overall Satisfaction with Engagedly

We use it for performance evaluation, goal setting, surveys, and mentor meeting tracking. It helped us integrate evaluations and goals in one place and streamlined our evaluation process.

  • Notifications - it would be better if individuals can customize what notifications to receive
  • Project review function - it would help if we can set up a review form that can be used any time of the year as many times as the reviewer want to use with more structure than the current feedback function (such as rating scale etc.)
  • It would be helpful if the mentor meeting function is included, not additional.
  • More streamlined performance management process

They are always fast to respond to my questions with clear answers. The only reason I rate -1 is that on rare occasions there are no solutions to the issue I have, but in most cases, my questions get answered right away.
We used SharePoint Forms to make customized forms for ourselves but it did not work well. Our IT needed to build a system from scratch with a help of an external developer team and they were simply not capable of creating something that complicated. Engagedly already has a great platform and it was a life saver for us that we can just start using after the streamlined implementation period for a brief period of time. With SharePoint, we kept having weekly meetings for over 1.5 years to fix bugs, add necessary functions, etc. after the implementation.

It will be suited if the employer has many employees and teams and needs to consolidate all reviews in one place. It will be less appropriate for a smaller employer that cannot assign a specialist/champion who can learn and master how to use it effectively.
