LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

VidCruiter is best suited for those that want to be paperless and go the digital route. VidCruiter gives the option to record the live interviews so they remain on the platform if we ever need to go back to review. In my opinion there is not a scenario where this is not appropriate, because if you don't see a function of interest, VidCruiter will consider creating it or figure a way to make it happen for you

• Allows only members who are affected and their superiors access to employee performance
• Keep administration aware of entries with immediate email reminders that an entry has been made on an employee.

• VidCruiter is my first Applicant Tracking System but it was still relatively easy to set up exactly to our needs and there was lots of support over email and the phone / internet meetings during the setup and after. It is easy to use and update too, no coding ability needed.
• The integrated video and live interviews are unique to VidCruiter and why we chose it over competing products. They are easy to setup and use and provide the HR staff with a much more personal feeling for who the applicants are.
• The auto rating of the applicants and their references along with the easy rating of applicant video interviews and any other data entered sorts applicants after what abilities are important to your company and makes it easy to start with the most suited candidates and work your way down.

• Humanizing the experience for applicants
• Give more information about how the video will be used
• Clarity on deadlines for performance task
• The error message is vague ("Either you have withdrawn from this process or the deadline to complete this process has been reached") which one? You should know!

This is our first season of using VidCruiter or any ATS. We are very happy with the time saved and level of organization and clarity that using VidCruiter has provided. We have a ton of ideas for improvements for the next season, and the flexibility of the system, the easy setup and maintenance and the very responsive support from VidCruiter makes this easy.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

We selected VidCruiter over Spark Hire mostly because of the ability to edit rubrics. In a world where equity is at the top, we must be able to rate candidates in a non-biased way and being able to edit the rubrics allows us to do so. We also through customer service was top notch at VidCruiter and decided to keep using it (we considered switching to Spark Hire at one point)

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.
