Likelihood to Recommend EventMobi has helped our organisation to conduct virtual conferences during the pandemic. It has also helped us to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and boarding. Instant updates and messages can be sent. Also, regular updates and better customer service have really helped us to do the business in an easy way. You get some insights on Event Technology, Session Feedback, Survey, Email Marketing, Attendee Networking people. Where this has lacked - If we were being given an option to add in our own custom fields within the agenda/session descriptions.

Read full review We would love to have more specific options for restricting the number of times a client can book a reservation per week. It would be very beneficial for admins to be able to book clients in advance for classes that are not available to the mass clientele yet. We would like to be able to edit client's email addresses. Several of our members have typos in the emails provided, so they aren't receiving confirmation emails and they can't log in, so they have to make new accounts. Otherwise it was easy to use, easy to manage, easy to make it look like "our" site, and very pleasant.

Read full review Alternatives Considered We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.

Jumbula made registering families much easier but Omnify has the benefit of auto-renew and auto-pay plus the membership set up in general is something new that Omnify provides. We have also used Formsite in the past but it requires a bit more administrative back end work for our employees than Omnify does.
