Overall Satisfaction with Omnify

We used Omnify to book appointments & classes online, as well as managing the schedule of the practitioners working in the clinic (which is the onsite care facility inside a university). Only the health clinic used Omnify. It helped me manage all the business operations remotely which is great given that I travel a fair amount.

  • Linking sales to appointments & to clients in a seamless way.
  • Integration with Google Calendar for easy access & integration with personal schedule.
  • Customer service & IT support.
  • Focus more on group classes than on individual appointments.
  • Payment errors at times.
  • Pricing point at the beginning allowed for growth.
  • Margins started shrinking as pricing went up though.
  • Ability for online booking & payments allows to save on front desk staff.
The Omnify price point makes it very competitive against its competition. Their great customer service also ensures your issues get dealt with (almost always) in a timely manner. The main thing is to ensure it ticks all the boxes (or as many as possible) for what you want the platform to do -- Omnify has been great at delivering most of my needs over the past 5 years and I'm grateful for their team as they have taken a lot of my feedback and implemented it into software developments.
The interface is very user friendly and the usability is great. Once you get to know the platform, it is very easy to make edits on services, events, staff and clients -- making for an efficient business operations.
Omnify's customer service has been pretty much always on point. Their chat feature is a great way to keep track of past communications and follow up on recurrent issues, and their response time is most of the times very quick.

Omnify is great for any small business or entrepreneur that is getting started with online bookings & payments. They are great to schedule group classes and have integrated well with Zoom to keep up with the digital boom happening this year.
It is less suited for spa or boutique businesses whose main operations are 1-on-1 appointments, since that side of the platform has been less of a priority for development.
