Overall Satisfaction with Omnify

We are a small children's chess coaching company that runs classes and events. We use Omnify across our organization specifically to manage registration and payments for our students. Specifically it is helpful for membership management for our students as we can enable auto-pay and auto-renew so our students don't have to fill out new forms every month.
  • Auto-pay and auto-renew functions are very nice so clients don't have to fill out new forms every month.
  • Auto-emails for new clients and class reminders allow us to send information to our clients quickly and automatically without having to follow up on every single new client.
  • The discount options are very nice so we can work with all our clients and help them out, especially since our business has always used need-based scholarships
  • The biggest area for improvement is data exporting. We collect a lot of custom information beyond just name, email, and phone number when our students register and we need access to it especially since we work with children. When exporting clients to an excel sheet for example, omnify will only carry over that basic name email and phone number, not any of the custom fields.
  • Allowing us to adjust the amount our members are charged during auto pay would be incredibly helpful. Right now, when applying a discount to a booking through omnify it only applies to the first payment, and as a user I am not able to expand that over the entire time a student is with us without creating a new booking each month for each client.
  • Personalizing the storefront is a bit limited, for example, from our storefront end there is no way for a client to see a full monthly calendar of all our class options, and classpacks and memberships are displayed on the same page, sometimes making our students options look too overwhelming.
  • Omnify has reduced the amount of time I have to worry about helping my clients with payment specifically.
  • We have had more confusion from our clients around adding family members and generally having multiple memberships connected to one payer then we did with our previous registration site.
Before Omnify we used Jumbula. Jumbula made registering families much easier but Omnify has the benefit of auto-renew and auto-pay plus the membership set up in general is something new that Omnify provides. We have also used Formsite in the past but it requires a bit more administrative back end work for our employees than Omnify does.

I would say if I were recommending a product that could help with registration in a field where you need to gather lots of information about your clients, this would not be my first pick. I would however recommend it based on the sleek and comfortable storefront design and the ease of the auto-renew and auto-pay features, especially when you're running a program that uses memberships or generally has returning customers.
