EventsWallet vs. Zoom Events

It's perfect for hosting any kind of event like a conference, expo, webinar etc. But for our tradition, we always had the parties after the official part of the offline event, of course, it is not possible virtually.

It is great for those who need virtual meetings for work, school lectures, round table discussions, presentations, and more. This is also great for those looking to host webinars as well. There are not really any scenarios where this would not be an applicable app to use except for maybe small group discussions as this is more built for larger audiences.

• There was no opportunity to rebroadcast the session from Streamyard, but we mentioned it to the support team and this function was added

• Buffering presentations in .pdf or .ppt to reduce web risks

Zoom is much better than its peers. It has superior functionality, is much more intuitive to use on a daily basis, and is much more reliable than the previous products that we have used. Zoom has also been advocated for extensively by our students and faculty due to its increased prevalence at other institutions and superior quality.

• We reduced the cost price of the event due to making it virtual and also because there was no sense in printed materials, the program and catalog were perfectly arranged inside the platform
• We had more attendees because nobody needed to go out of the house to be a part of the event
• We avoided the chaos in meetings between clients and exhibitors/speakers. We never used a scheduling system before, but we realized how important and comfortable it is

• Saves travel time to different locations by bringing everyone to the conference via Zoom.
• It has saved money on training by allowing us to meet with so many users.
• It can be used for free (with limits to number of users).
