Everstage vs. Mentimeter

Everstage is well suited for smaller sales teams as it is little rigid with handling changes and maintenance is a task. Managing and computing on everstage is accurate and fast but making changes will require you to take help from the support team. They have an amazing support team to help you out.

Mentimeter is very useful for continuous engagements and follow ups during webinars, seminars, team meetings, online classes and surveys. Even during offfline conferences it could be well suited for increasing the interactivity. However, it could be less effective when the audience size is too small like a group meeting or video conferencing with friends and family

• User friendly UI - It is easy to navigate the platform and learn the details without any additional help.
• Ability to show the underlying formula that was used to calculate commissions.
• Provide visibility on how far the consultant is from achieving their quarterly quota.
• Automatically publish leader board for the team based on performance that drives the sense of friendly competition to succeed.

• It was very easy to use.

• Improving the user interface of Everstage could enhance its usability and make it more intuitive for team leaders and users.
• Offering more advanced customization options would provide organizations with greater flexibility to tailor Everstage to their specific needs.

The user interface is really simple to get started with, anyone can start using it. The simplicity might somewhat limit the set of features, but there are some advanced features hidden deeper down in the user interface that you can find once you're up and running and want to start improving your presentations

Pages load quickly and dashboards refresh reliably under normal conditions. Reports complete in reasonable timeframes for standard queries. The Salesforce integration runs smoothly without noticeable slowdowns

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that

our team leader spoke very highly of the training and the positive experience. This then brought the team on board and were looking forward to a positive experience of a product to minimise manual tasks and room for human error ! All the team have nothing but high praise for the product.

Our team leader in US was responsible and involved with this and they spoke very highly of the training and product. This is what really brought the whole team on board. From this response and interaction the team really looked forward to using the product which was a great intro !!!

It was a company decision, Excel was not automated and had high chances of human error and if not updated properly there may be chances of someone losing out on their attainment Ever stage being automated and linked to salesforce there is very less probability of mistake and also transparency in the records

The other tool used in our company for live poll is Zoom because of its direct compatibility with Zoom calls. Mentimeter is more interactive in terms of poll questions and its biggest advantage is wordcloud. However, it being an an external tool for a conference app, it is sometimes less preferred.

• People have to be more alert during presentations because it asks people to participate.
• We actually get good feedback rather then if we did a presentation without Mentimeter.
