Freshteam vs. Resume Parser by Affinda

We were looking for an ATS which can generate detailed report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. This ATS does it best. It is fast and does not lag while using. Supports multiple logins and does not disturb any subusers. Not suitable for big sized companies as it still needs some more features to be added to make it appropriate for big firms.

Affinda is especially appropriate for larger organisations, like ours with internal CRMs. For those who use a fully fledged cloud-based ATS, Affinda will not meet their needs, as Affinda is just one step in the chain.

• Moving interviews through each stage. It helps keep you stay organized and no one falls through the cracks.
• Communicating with people through the Freshteam email is easy and again it helps guide interviews through the process. It also reminds you to follow up with people when they will not move forward to the next stage.
• The hiring manager can log in and see the progress and notes at all times. You can also load your different interview questions in so the entire hiring committee can have everything in one place.

• User experience - most people at our company were extremely confused by Freshteam and I frequently struggled with the same task (i.e. adding users).
• Tracking applicant diversity - we ended up using Typeform to supplement Freshteam.

• Resume Parser by Affinda is a few seconds slower than the other parsers I used (Part of this may just be due to propagation delay, considering my data center is halfway around the world). Regardless, for my needs, Affinda's accuracy outweighed the extra latency.

Quick responsiveness to inquiries. Willingness to customize the product to the customer's needs.

Zoho recruitment is also a decent product but we liked Freshteam over that just because of a few added advantages that this is giving to us, namely, we are using other products from Freshworks like Freshconnect. Secondly, Zoho does have less customer base compared to Freshworks. Hence we choose Freshworks over Zoho.

I was assigned this project by our operations manager. We evaluated four competing saas solutions, and after the evaluation we found that [Resume Parser by Affinda] scored best on quality, service and price, and was third best on speed. Wasn’t a hard choice.

• Budget friendly for small and medium sized businesses. This is the most affordable ATS with all the important features required.
• This has really given a good ROI overall.
• Overall we are having a good positive impact using Freshteam is highly recommended for small and medium sized firms.

• Time savings and easily gathers data in a useful manner to make decision making better.
