Managing social network channels is a big task but when you use this tool it comes in handy in a single place. It is easy to use and also it has also a great support to solve our queries. But the thing is it is a bit overpriced, They can consider offering the additional feature in their trial version.

Furthermore it helps to quantify the impact and virality of conversation and dialogues on the internet, social media, etc. With the additional possibility to analyze offline communication it is easy to compare the differences between online and offline marketing and PR.

• Actually, there is nothing we disliked about Ubermetrics. We are looking forward to the international expansion of Ubermetrics’ online media coverage which may fairly take another while though.

Our initial contract with Wildfire Whitelabel was for $30,000/year, as we progressed we found several alternatives for significantly less. We used this to our advantage to lower the second year to $17,000 with the limitation in the level of support (they call this their "core" subscription). Support has been quite bad.

During our contract, we also asked for quotes on some custom work, but never managed to get an answer (or actual quote). Now two years into our contract, the limitations and lack of development are enough for us to find a different solution. Newcomers to the market like Rafflecopter, WooBox and PunchTab are delivering much better results for a fraction of the price

GetSocial has much more efficient support and their marketing strategies helped us to build our business with daily new customers coming up online. So we never regret going for GetSocial. We were able to analyze our social networking channels and our competitors which helped us much in terms of business growth. We never searched for other products when we were using this.
