GoHire vs. RecruitBPM

If you need to hire one person then the software is a bit overkill for you. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

• Following up with potential candidates and creating shortlists

• I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
• Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
• I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program

• Too many features does get overwhelming initially, would be good to have modules divided for specific features
• We needed several demos to understand how to use it

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

GoHire helps more. They can help you make a perfect finish resume. They can so keep track on your application progress. You can also message companies about your application work status. And it's free to sign up. Their is always new job posting everyday. So this application is pretty popular compare to the rest.

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do

• Time is money. This software allows us to streamline the process of listing and reviewing candidates.
• The software allowed us to better see a "Birdseye" view of all the applicants that we have, to make more informed hiring decisions.
