Gong vs. Marsview

Gong is well-suite to hiding in the background of your zoom calls to record all information. It simultaneously announces its presence and is never called out by clients as intrusive. This has saved our revenue team hours of taking notes each week, and also polishing these notes after the calls. Especially when you have calls back-to-back and aren't able to polish your notes immediately, it's easy to forget the context of your notes. Gong allows us to have the full reference to maintain all call points accurately.

I believe communicating effectively is 99 percent of the battle in the field that we are in. I believe that understanding what people are saying and how they are saying it is crucial. I feel Marsview helps us become even better at helping our clients, because it allows us to listen in an enhanced way to properly service our clients.

Whoever designed Gong knew what this tool needed to be and needs to provide their clients with. I haven't been in a full-time sales team in a while, and for me it was love at first sight, since I really enjoy training sessions, especially when the team is not afraid of making mistakes or being corrected by other team members. The synergy this tool fosters is something I would always use in these areas of work: Sales, Product, Customer Success, Customer Support

I give them a 10 because, I have been using Gong for over a year now and have never had issues or concerns go un resolved in a day or two. Their communication is impeccable and their tech support is very hands on and prompt

I think Gong's really helpful feature was being able to share a link to customer recordings which felt more secure and more easily accessible. Sharing setting was very customizable and allowed Smartling to ensure we were following best practices for security and privacy - this is something i've heard large companies like Accenture have issue with in regards to Zoom

I think it holds its own and then some. I believe Marsview picks their lane and really is effective at doing the things we want the software to do. Call transcription is important to me, and I feel that they are the best by far at what they do, and it is not even close. I picked Marsview for cost purposes, but by no means do I feel the quality is lost. It is great.
