I think it works nicely for shops that want the analytical power and are ok to host their own infrastructure for the data and etl. For smaller operations with limited budgets but still high demand for analytical features the math may not work out.

Sage 300cloud is a great option when it comes to cloud accounting/tracking software. In comparison to Sage's other products, Sage 300cloud is the only cloud/web based option with modern UI's and more intuitive interfaces. Additionally, Sage 300cloud offers an entire system of customer integrations that become available dependent on subscription level. Sage 300cloud also offers integrations between other Sage products (AP, CRM, etc) that allows for better automation and efficiency

• The source datasets are often complex, semi-structured and un-linked to key entities. With GoodData, all of these datasets are unified to serve as a central semantic data model layer, building into a galaxy schema with dimensions, bridge, and facts, which then forms the backbone that powers the [...] data intelligence cloud. Building insights and dashboards become a much easier task once the underlying data model is designed. GoodData enforces certain best practices as a BI tool, which must be adhered to get the true value of the raw data. • Overall ease of use and intuitive navigation - minimal training has been required to use the system efficiently and effectively
• Customer Inquiry - quickly see outstanding documents and drill down on any item (open or paid) to find the information you need
• Most reports are easy to export into a workable Excel format using the Excel - data only or csv file format.

• Good Data is already have certain customizable options. However, having more flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards & control over the visual aspects would enhance the overall user experience.
• To make Good Data even more powerful tool, improving the speed and responsiveness of the tool, especially during data-intensive tasks, would be a significantly helpful.
• For new users, the interface can be made more user friendly which would promote easy navigation through features of tool.

• Little things, like changing the company name - are more difficult than we would like (We used to be MSDSSAB but legally shortened it to MSDSB).
• A management financial reporting tool with live access - to premade reports - without paying an arm and a leg would be appreciated.
• More training opportunities in local areas - or nearby - would be appreciated...

Because gooddata really helps us in processing data to make reports or dashboards. So we are very satisfied when we use it. What we like is the flexible use of charts. It is a solid stable product with a large user community and large ISV community. Support and Training are easy to access and obtain and there is larger reseller channel to ensure the firm you work with is honest. It is scalable and there are multiple deployment and payment options.

From a customer perspective it is incredibly usable. We have more users building their own reports that would normally need custom work from our support team. The back end can be daunting when trying to configure things like new data elements or push changes to a report to all existing customers.

Sage 300cloud is intuitive and user friendly after some training. It does require implementation and training but once that's done, this software is easy to use and navigate. Support for Sage 300cloud is spot on and offers assistance over the simplest to [the] most complex of tasks. Finding information or learning new tasks within Sage 300cloud is relatively easy and educational.

Support team has been highly responsive and helpful from our first initial deployment to present day. They engage and work with us. know when to escalate for more challenging problems. They also follow up. Overall have had a very good experience with support

Turnover is high in the Sage Support department so sometimes it is difficult to get a rep who knows the issue well. Reps are good and getting assistance when they need it. Sometimes support is more interested in closing issue than actually solving problem. It can be difficult at times to have issues escalated but overall the support is good.

Petr was a rock star - patient, knowledgeable, clear and easy to work with.

GoodData implementation team was professional and courteous

Implementations are hard and we had limited technical resources. We relied too heavily on GD care team. When we found technical gaps, they weren't simple to overcome

Sage 300 cloud is much more detailed than the other. About the same in being user friendly A better layout Saves time for doing the schedules for Audits Mobile Access Sage 300cloud can manage all different industries

• I personally pushed our management to get GoodData implemented, and there on we have been making much more profits than we ever did!
• Last month we made a decision using the platform and withing a short span of time our ROI gets 7X.
• We also made a marketing spend of $100,000 every quater using the insights and metrics, and we are really happy with the returs.
