As an organization, we have several different types of fundraising events. This product allows us to have individual pages or a full event page. It's pretty straightforward, even for our donor fundraisers. They can create their own individual fundraising pages to share through social media or email. Their help and support are wonderful!

SAP Cloud ERP is best suited for medium- to large-sized organizations seeking scalability, real-time insights, and standardized processes. It will help them streamline financial operations & core HR functions, optimize inventory management & procurement process. • Ease of creating a branded landing page, Day 1 we were able to set up our main donation page on our website, that looked great, was easy to copy links, and with the page or event set up, it's easy to edit and update.
• Donor list exports, easy to filter and download
• Payment - Gift notifications are prompt

• The software helps in forecasting and identifying potential challenges that would affect our organisation in the near future. This enables us to prepare in advance and also adopt practical and viable measures.

• I don’t really have any dislikes. The only time I have trouble with something is creating the appropriate graphics that work across all devices, especially mobile devices. It can be a bit cumbersome.

• The beginner's user-friendly UI can help learners learn easily, and it feels a bit complex.
• Implementation of AI bot on common tasks.
• There are no offline functionality that users can use remotely.
• As the scalability of the products grows, they become more expensive.

The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

SAP requires
a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful
implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

Goodworld is by far the more superior product because it lets us be more proactive in implementing customized giving experiences, has a more powerful dashboard, and streamlines the giving process in a more modern interface. That's just the technology aspect - their team makes the experience even better!

• Surpasses many well reputed applications in terms of performance and data insight when you are into SAP products
• More reliable and secure as we are not going to create multiple copy of master data, one single shared master data and all will work like charm
• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
