greytHR can be recommended when starting off exploring HRMS tools. However, the robustness of the tool needs improvement so that it can fit everyone's use case as well as inclusion of newer features that many competitors offer already. If you have a very big team, then this tool may not be the perfect fit as bugs will be easily visible

• Daily Attendance Management - Check in-time, out-time, late time etc.
• Employee Information Management - Salary details, appraisal details etc. can be tracked on the portal.

It's not just about automating a process but building an environment that surrounds those daily business transactions that looks and feels how we interact on the web and social media. It totally transforms not only the user experience but the employers as well. It makes us think a little bit more about the touch points we have with our employees and how we want those to look/feel and resonate.
