Straightforward tool and the learning curve is not at all steep so getting new employees onboarded on the tool is smooth. Job Description related questionnaire library is conducive for quickly setting up The coding platform is really good, it gives solid ide and amazing debugging abilities for the people being assessed Their support of different types of assessments be it programs or MCQs is really flawless and quite impressive. Basically I didn't find any such situations where it didn't perform according to what it is intended to. One thing I would just point out that their pricing strategy could be improved, like it is on the higher side for small scale companies
Read full review HireVue was very well suited for my interviewing process with my current company for both my initial hire and my lateral move within the organization. It was very convenient given where I am geographically located to interview with our corporate office in Rhode Island. It provided the convenience of interviewing remotely for the opening posted.
Read full review Pros we can design assessment tests using almost all programming languages. We can create customized test cases for a given assessment test. It is very economical to our organization. Read full review It allows candidates to be recorded answering some initial interview questions and eliminates the need for recruiters or hiring manager to get on the phone or meet with them live. It stores the video interviews in a manner that is easy to do, use, and recover. Read full review We have experienced some technical issues with the Live Interview feature. A lot of time it is because the user's computer settings are not set up correctly. They are working on adding a feature that will allow you to edit the email templates. Hoping for this to be released soon as it is nice to have different communications sent out for different cites around the globe. Customized CodeVues can be difficult to set up. Recommend having a technical employee help out with this. Would like to see more CodeVue questions added to the Question Library. HackerRank , HackerEarth Assessments offers a similar coding assessment platform with a focus on tailored challenges for technical hiring. While both platforms assess coding skills, HackerEarth Assessments excels in remote evaluation and diversity outreach. There wasn't the much of a difference, but the UI of HackerEarth was nicer and we got a better price.
Read full review Gray Peak doesn't even compare to HireVue. Where I think Gray Peak is a 2 or 3 out of 10, I am absolutely convinced that HireVue is a 10! Yes there are probably some tweaks for HireVue but this product is truly amazing. It impresses me each day with the volume that we are able to put through and how it is a complete convenience for ALL parties involved in the process

Time to schedule has been shortened as candidates are able to self-schedule their own interviews with a hiring manager; no more chasing people through phone calls to coordinate multiple schedules.
