Compared to bulk messaging students who are listed as 'matches' on the job listing page, the segments & campaigns I created were so helpful in identifying leads & helping to convert those leads to applicants without me having to continually follow-up with students (thank you- follow-up email feature!) For roles that require a lot of applicant flow, or for positions that require a large cohort of hires at one time, these features are perfect.
Monster.com has a very vast database, and there is always the possibility of getting the profile for a particular region or for a specific skill set. It is easier to fetch the profile from mid to senior-level roles and use search all over the world, which means global search is less appropriate because it is costly for a third party or a small company.
Monster.com is the best to find the talented resources. For an instance a company is looking for a software engineer, Monster.com can access resumes qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

It would be nice if Monster could autofill resumes from applicants from information they provide once.
Applicants complain about having to fill in all of the fields for their applications - even though they have submitted their resumes.
As an applicant, it would be nice to have greater transparency and updates for when a submitted application is shared, opened, or reviewed. Otherwise there can be a sense of being "ghosted" after having applied and not hearing back.
With the use of Monster.com I can get my job done with the turn around time. The user interface is very good to use and anyone can use it at the first time. It has saved search features which is very useful for tracking. Mainly, it is useful for both job seekers as well as for the recruiters.
Becca always responds very quickly to my questions. We had an issue where I couldn't register for a fair because another division of my company had already registered and this problem was fixed the next day. There are separate helplines for job seekers and employers. The response time is less compared to other customer support organizations that are out there. There are multiple offices in multiple locations so that it will improve the connectivity thereby helping the users in a better way possible. It provides a high standard of service and they also look into feedback seriously and work on it.
I think Handshake is similar to Linkedin Recruiter in a lot of ways. The main differentiator for me/our company is who we are trying to reach or target. LinkedIn is not an easy platform to find early careers talent on, so Handshake has been the best way for us to connect with schools, register for events easily, advertise to college students and reach them where they are!
I selected Monster.com for the complete package and very useful database. Find monster.com very easy to use, track the activity of the recruiter as well as of the candidate. Checking inventory remaining is very easy to find in Monster.com. The is the best database to get the qualified candidates in short period.
