As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

• I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed.
• Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees.
• Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone!
• Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks.

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• Isn't very clear on how to load your own templates
• The interview calendar could be vastly improved in my opinion, and perhaps tie in with personal calendars on phone/email

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.
• A documentation on how to use Skeeled to share with the different users.
• A link with Outlook when scheduling interviews.

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

It was a very confusing Sales process at Fourth and with Harri, it was seamless and easy to use and communicate with their team.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
