Harver is a unique and efficient talent matching platform, this platform helps HR departments to easily identify the best talent for our open positions. Harver is easy to use and set up, has a solid user interface, with great integrations (quite limited, but good), plus it provides a pleasant experience for job seekers, making it easy for them to find the right job.

This is pretty much perfect if you are in a situation like us i.e, want to improve/replace your phone screening and ensure your clients only interview good candidates. It also works great for pretty much any role you might be hiring for since the video interview part happens early in the process. The only scenario where this might not be used in your recruitment process is if you hire a few people throughout the year. In that case, it probably doesn't make sense.

• Overall interviewing experience with Jobma is outstanding.
• Jobma connects us to worldwide talent remotely and helps discover, engage and recruit star talent for the position effectively.
• I was also able to share some of the initial interviews and the management team supported and loved the tool. Thanks, Jobma, for making this a reality.
• Jobma allows us to conduct our preliminary interviews with ease.

• Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.

• I feel like their live video interview should be easier to set up. Right now it takes a few clicks to get it set up. There should just be an option to immediately do a live interview without the scheduling bit.
• We would like to be able to download our video interviews but I am told that is a GDPR/compliance thing they cannot do.

Works great. Its affordable and reliable. Great support. Whats not to like

I've been with the company for 6 years and we have always used OutMatch so I don't really have anything to compare to

I have used Spark Hire in my previous organization which is an alternate software for Jobma, but Spark Hire pricing is very expensive when compared to Jobma. So I would recommend always Jobma for its features and affordable pricing.

• Better quality of hire, reducing is less turnover during probation.
• Reduction in cost of hire.
• Reduction in time to hire.

• Integration of Jobma into hiring tool kit has significantly reduces the interview rounds and time and fast-forward the complete interview process.
• It provides easy to easy dashboard and make it convenient for the hiring managers to track personal and team performances of recruiters that makes hiring more effective and objective driven.
