Quora Blogs, and later Quora Spaces, was a blogging and digital publishing solution that the brand no longer offers, after discontinuing Spaces in 2024.
HostGator for email, domain and website hosting--delightful, 100% satisfied! Have always had ample capacity for company email needs, features work well. I have used it off and on for several organizations since 2011. HostGator website building is fairly straightforward, although I wouldn't recommend it for first-time web designing. The pluses on the HostGator website builder: great-looking themes, adequate webpage capacity, really cool scrolling capabilities, which trends well now. Easier than building a WordPress website from scratch, which can also be done for free in HostGator. I'd say it's limited compared to feature-rich WP, but it designs as nicely as Wix.

Just Host is great option for affordable domain registration and web hosting. There are numerous promo codes that can cut your first bill by 50%, so pay ahead! Just Host also offers one-click WordPress installation and built-in tools like the Mojo Marketplace where companies and individuals can purchase professional-looking themes for their WordPress sites. If you're looking to start a WordPress site, this is a great place to do that. However, our websites have grown tremendously in the past year and we have noticed the sites slow down as traffic increases. This has resulted in some major problems with our popular blog (6,000–10,000 page views per month) and we are looking at alternative options to Just Host.

Quora Blogs is well suited to reach your ideal customer set and the interaction is lot more social than many other platforms. There are no bounds for expressing one's thoughts and ideas. A well directed communication is made and conversations are top notch. What I feel is that there should be a good enough reach for more customers.

The pricing is a big feature for this hosting company
Every three years when the hosting contract is coming to an end, they offer a reduced fee to upgrade your server plan, which is more cost effective than renewing at the regular rate for whatever plan you're currently using.
The customer service workers are professional and friendly.

Because we have in house technical support to compensate the lack of quality HostGator tech support, and because the price continues to be affordable the business is likely to continue using HostGator. They provide what the business needs and we have in house support to maintain it.
While you will get support from HostGator, it seems to be a different level from 8-10 years ago. It may take 15-20 minutes to get someone on chat, and unless you follow up, I've found followup email support to take a couple of days. If you stick with it, though, you will get support, and I've never had a problem they couldn't help with.

Quora has an amazing community that gives you the support you need if you are actively contributing in a helpful way. Content is short and concise and gets right to the matter at hand. My team has found it useful in showing up as an expert in our industry by answering the questions that are being asked out there.

I prefer HostGator over GoDaddy. HostGator does have better and more reliable customer support, and the user interface and user experience are overall much more friendly and easier to use. GoDaddy does have downtime associated with their hosting in my experience, but I have not experienced that with HostGator.

In comparison to Blogger, Quora Blogs has its perks. However, I think for any serious blogging I would find myself going elsewhere just for the added features that seem to be missing from Quora such as widgets and advanced customization

Previously, I never read blogs and I would just try to search here or there on google/the internet for things I was interested in, but now [with Quora] I can find everything in one place.
For example, I once searched about the computer languages and their usages and one blog post really sorted out my confusion as it was completely detailed.
